ABOUT AIDAN TALBOTT
My particular skillset is \'people and politics\'- I have spent the majority of my career operating successfully at the interface between strategy and delivery, formulating strategic direction in a number of different domains and then effectively articulating that to the delivery side of a business. I also have significant government relations experience across several UK and foreign government departments, including at ministerial level, and understanding nuance, mood and momentum. This blend of over thirty years\' leadership and management experience, a blue chip Cranfield MBA and three years\' experience as the accountable sponsor for a billion pound programme make me ideal for strategy formulation/strategic advisory, government relations, assurance and programme director roles.
