With a strong foundation in machine learning, propensity modelling and time series forecasting, I specialize in solving complex business challenges with Python, SQL, and cloud-based solutions. Turning Data into Business ImpactAt TalkTalk, I leveraged time series forecasting to improve churn predictions by 63%, directly influencing supplier contract negotiations. I also developed an end-to-end predictive model that increased customer upsells by 11%. At Multiverse, I led the management and development of a company-wide redesign of metrics, ensuring operational excellence as the business scales. Building Scalable Data SolutionsFrom automating data pipelines in Azure Databricks to implementing version control (Git) and code reviews, I drive best practices that make data workflows more efficient, reproducible, and scalable.
