Responsible for the technical delivery of SAP S4HANA Private & Public Cloud implementations within the Order-to-Cash, Banking & IAM process towers, as part of DHL Group\'s Finance System Transformation program (SHAPE+). This is a strategic program with the aim of standardizing/harmonizing the finance process & system landscape for all of DHL Group\'s divisions- Lead 4 sub-teams totalling ~30 SAP (ABAP / RAP / Frontend) developers & functional platform designers (FI/CO experts) to deliver functional specifications, config & development implementations and handover to testing of each required platform enhancement- Co-ordinate functional unit (FUT), integration (INT) & user acceptance testing (UAT) of platform template & all additional extensions delivered with global process owners & local entity testers as part of each divisional entity rollout (rollout wave every 6 months)- Solely responsible for entire backlog grooming, release & sprint planning for delivery of extensions, including alignment with Global Process Owner & Technical Platform Leads, as well as ensuring relevant staffing capacity for planned backlog items using tools such as JIRA, SAP Cloud ALM- Resp. for creation & maintenance of JIRA dashboards to be used by program-wide contributors (>500 users) for the purpose of individual work planning, team & project performance reporting
