ABOUT AIDAN GREER
Hey! I\'m Aidan Greer, and I am currently in my third year of Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering at Queen\'s University. I am always excited to learn something new and solve intense problems, which has only been strengthened through my engineering endeavours.Within class, I can be found as a dedicated worker, putting my best effort into any challenge that I am faced with. This includes collaboration, as I am not only a hard-working individual, but also a punctual leader, co-worker, group member, and classmate.When I\'m not found in class, I can be found developing my skills even further in my interests and hobbies. I like to indulge in a wide variety of fields ranging from robotics and mechatronics, to music, sports, and personal projects! Currently, I am an active member of the Queen\'s Knights Robotics Team, collaboratively building several robots of various sizes to complete various tasks in the Robomaster NA Competition. I have also been working towards planning Orientation Week for the incoming class of engineering students in fall 2025.I am an active user of CAD software such as OnShape and Solidworks, designing parts and pieces to improve stability and efficiency of several machines, such as QKRT\'s Sentry, and Hero Robots and my own Automated Fluid Dispenser. Currently I am looking to gain more experience and research into the field of soft robotics, emulating living creatures\' movements in a technical pattern.
