About Aidan Berlin
I am a sophomore at James Madison University, majoring in Quantitative Finance with minors in Mathematics and Economics. I am a student who loves making new connections while also expanding my professional skillset. During my time with High Sierra Pools, I took on additional responsibilities whenever possible, allowing myself to become a mentor and leader to new employees who needed any guidance. I worked under four regional supervisors, which enhanced my professional communication skills as well as keeping myself organized and effective. With Sterling Financial Group, they helped set a strong foundation of understanding client relations, self-management, and financial literacy. This was my first step into the financial world, as it involved a lot of researching and reading, as well as analyzing stock options within client portfolios. Recent roles include: Member of Madison Business Society, Vice President of Madison Private Equity Collective, Extern with Virginia Asset Management, and Finance Intern with Sterling Financial Group.
