ABOUT AIDAN AUGUSTINE
I am currently pursuing a degree in Business with emphases in Management and Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno, along with minors in Supply Chain Management. Over the past four years, I have developed valuable leadership experience across various roles, refining my customer service skills, enhancing my time management abilities, and improving my capacity for team-building.As the founder of Ice Skating Allies, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities learn to skate, I have led fundraising efforts, secured partnerships, and overseen day-to-day operations, all while ensuring the organization stays true to its mission of inclusion. My experience in retail and customer service roles, such as working at Target and American Eagle, has honed my ability to adapt, multitask, and solve problems in fast-paced environments. These experiences have also strengthened my communication and leadership skills, particularly in managing teams and delivering an excellent customer experience.
