I work across several industries and solution lines, with a particular focus in our Global Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics practice, supporting CSCOs/COOs/CPOs in some of Gartner’s Top 25 Organisations to assess and develop their talent.I approach my work with curiosity, shaped by a background in neuroscience that pushes me to explore how scientific advances are deepening our understanding of leadership: its roots, and the ways it can be assessed, predicted, and developed.
