I am a senior strategic program lead driven by innovation. I’m passionate about co-creating supportive work environments that enable teams to perform at their best.I have 15+ years of experience leading global strategic initiatives related to- design programs- process improvement- system implementation- change managementWhat I\'ve learned is that the best processes are those that empower people, not just make them efficient. They need to feel optimistic and have agency in what’s to come.In 2019, I did a major reset due to burnout. This was the best thing that happened in my life. I took my time to become healthy, fully understand what happened. Having first-hand experience and understanding of the human cost of poor management, my empathy led me to become a leadership coach. Of my 500 hours of coaching, a third were with design IC, leaders, and executives.I developed- self-awareness- emotional intelligence - a deepened ability to understand and influence the business stakeholders and direction- a better ability to lead difficult conversations.I now want to be back in action and drive excellence within an organization.
