Managed the migration of IT SOX Compliance function from external providers to an internal team for one of the world’s largest investment managers. This migration also consisted of developing/updating the control framework to enhance the control environment, along with a strategy to integrate the program into Archer GRC. Once in GRC, led the first round of in house testing, including assigning test areas to staff and reviewing workpapers.· Led Oracle Key Report Testing for a Learning Management Company (Team of 5) and Health/Wellness company (Team of 3) including the overall design, and reviewing the teams workpapers ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery to the clients.· Led annual IT SOX Compliance review for Change Management at a Health/Wellness company testing key applications for compliance, managed a team of 3 including timely completion of work, introducing newer consultants to audit methodologies, and reviewing workpapers.· Worked on a project team developing a SOX & IT Risk Management function for a regional bank, work included documenting processes, identifying controls, implementing new controls, developing workpaper templates to be used for adequacy and effectiveness testing, completed walkthroughs that included an adequacy review of the newly identified controls and working with consultants to develop their assigned process areas/review their workpapers.· Completed annual IT SOX Compliance for a large education provider, testing key areas in Access Management, Change Management, and Backups. Reviewed testing workpapers (team of 5) ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely completion.· Completed annual IT SOX and SOC 1 Compliance for a Healthcare Technology company leading a team of 5 from walkthroughs through execution of control effectiveness testing.
