Embracing Unconventional Paths and Making a Difference! With a diverse journey and a penchant for exploration, I bring a unique blend of experiences to the professional world. Starting as a research associate in Delhi after graduating in Economics, I soon realized that my true passion lay beyond academia. Eager to make a meaningful impact, I ventured into a rural village in Rajasthan, managing a project spanning five states in India. Here, I worked closely with women and children, empowering them with knowledge about human trafficking and sexual abuse. While working on this transformative project, I discovered an unexpected attraction to the corporate world. Intrigued by its dynamics, I transitioned into consulting, where I managed a spirited team of three. Each day brought fresh communication challenges that kept me engaged and fueled my desire to explore this space further. It was during this time that I realized my search was not only for the right job but also for the right MBA. Amidst the trials and tribulations of the pandemic, I embarked on a remarkable journey, completing my MBA from a picturesque campus. The experience broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of the business landscape. It was during this time that fate brought me to Never Grow Up, an organization that felt tailor-made for my aspirations and skills.
