Engineering is all about solving real-world problems by creating innovative solutions. Problems frustrate me, but in turn, it pumps immense motivation for me to work towards its remedy.My seven years of professional experience along with my Masters at Carnegie Mellon University has enabled me to efficiently use technology to deliver solutions for complex real-world problems. My recent contribution at Schlumberger involved building a cloud-based cognitive E&P platform. This platform helped both small and large Oil companies to improve their oil productions.I have also conceptualized large scale cloud-based systems involving extraction and storage of large and unstructured data sets while working with Maxim Integrated. My expertise on a cloud platform and underneath hardware got more concrete while creating solutions for Datacenter infrastructure at Hewlett-Packard R&D labs. While working with Samsung R&D Institute I implemented a cloud-based solution to display quick launch link object in the Samsung browser.I always had a leadership instinct, whether it was in a school where I served as secretary of the student government or leading and mentoring teams in my professional life. It helped me build my interpersonal skill and appreciate the different perspectives people coming from diverse backgrounds.My passion for solving real-world problems and \"being bold\" attitude, lead me to start StapleFactory, a hyperlocal company, helping people save time and energy by delivering grocery to their doorsteps.
