I am the founder at Quick Dry-cleaning company and I would say I didn’t choose “Dry-cleaning Industry” but it chose me. To a courageous fool like me, it was inevitable to know the challenges of this Industry and yet do nothing. I started QDC with an intent to make an impact in the lives of people who are associated with this Industry and today QDC is proudly the torch bearer of technical evolution in this Industry in India. It’s my innate ability to connect with people that becomes a driving force behind everything I do, it became a catalyst for the growth of QDC and it infuses productive energy into the workplace.With roots in business approach, I have consistently helped clients to expand businesses and create impactful propositions for their brands. Prior to QDC, I have successfully worked in renowned corporates like Tech Mahindra and Sapient. I love operating at the intersection of strategic thinking, creativity, and technology but still, Leadership is always my forte. I empower my employees to think freely, to act responsibly, to take chances and grow themselves and their customers in the process. I believe effective leadership is in being able to create fearless, passionate self-organizing teams which work hard towards the strategic goals of the organization and the success of their customer. I love being on my toes and that’s why when am not working, I am at a cricket pitch throwing pacers and implementing all the entrepreneurial lessons about teamwork, integrity, respect, and healthy competition at the field!
