ABOUT AHSHANUR RAHAMAN
I am a Chartered Chemical Engineer[CEng(I)] with total thirteen (13) years of professional experience. Presently serving in academics as Lecturer in Chemical Engineering from two years. In addition to that I have Industrial experience of nearly eleven (11) years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Refineries various type of projects like Basic, FEED, Detail Engineering, EPC, EPCM. Has experience in Process simulation, Hydraulic calculations (Pump / Non-pump loops), Equipment sizing, preparation of PFD, DPTD, MSD, P & ID, Heat and Mass Balance (H & MB), Cause & Effect Matrix, Process Datasheets, Design & engineering of process fired heaters, Waste Heat Recovery Exchanger (WHRE), Thermal Incinerator, Heat Exchanger and Air Cooler, Participation in DCS-FAT, HAZOP, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Refractory dry-out and PGTR. Has good knowledge of international codes and standards such as API, Shell DEPs.
