ABOUT AHSAN MOHAMMED QAMAR ALAM

I’m a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience spanning design engineering, manufacturing planning, and applied research.During my internship at Levon Homes, I worked on converting client requirements into manufacturable designs — developing detailed part drawings, structured BOMs, and supporting cost estimation and production planning. This experience strengthened my understanding of how engineering decisions directly impact feasibility, timelines, and execution on the shop floor.Alongside industry exposure, I’ve been involved in research projects focused on sustainable manufacturing and advanced machining. My work on Nano-MQL lubrication in Inconel machining deepened my analytical foundation, while a collaborative project on a mechanically operated prosthetic hand resulted in a patent. I’ve also co-authored a research paper published in Carbohydrate Polymers.I’m particularly interested in roles that bridge design with real-world manufacturing considerations — where engineering is not just conceptual, but practical and performance-driven.I’m always open to connecting with professionals in design, manufacturing, and mechanical R&D.
