Working with Direct Clients, Vendor Management Systems and major Implementation partners and understanding their job requirements. Supporting clients on their escalated positions on daily basis.Responsible for full life cycle recruiting which includes sourcing appropriate talent for all IT & NON IT related fields, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and schedules, maintaining and building relationships, consistent communication to escort candidates through the hiring process, delivery of offers and negotiating salaries.Responsible for Accounts Management, client relationship maintenance and building, identifying needs, coordination of talent search efforts, managing the interview process, and liaising with HR on any employment on-boarding procedures and offers.In Depth knowledge & Experience using internet search engines & Job portals such as: DICE, Monster, Tech Fetch, Career builder and social network like LinkedIn, Facebook, search engine like Google. Promptly respond to customer RFI/RFP on the need basisDefining the targets and making sure the teams work towards to fulfil them on a real-time basis. Involved in the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly evaluation reports of all teams and also for each and every member.Training the team whenever need arises
