In addition to the core responsibilities as a senior coverage banker for Citi Pakistan, I support CCO Pakistan and Corporate Banking Head on a few initiatives which hare briefly outlined below: Green Banking Officer for Citi Pakistan – Jan 2022 to date – nominated by CCO as Green Banking Officer for Citibank Pakistan. Extensive coordination between risk management, compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, operations and central bank for implementation of central bank policy. ESRM has recently been made part of credit processing workstream across Citi Pakistan. Voice of Client (VOC)/ Voice of Franchise (VOF) Champion for Citi Pakistan – Jan 2022 to date – Leading the creation and implementation of strategy to improve VOC / VOF results for Pakistan. I work closely with CCO, Corporate Banking Head and Relationship Managers in creating calling strategy, managing client events, sharing Pakistan macroeconomic content with internal stakeholders, arranging senior visits and organizing regular market / regulatory update calls for clients. GNB Regional Industry Champions for Public Sector (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey region) – Nov 2021 to Dec 2023 – regional mandate / responsibility for deal generation, deal replication and content sharing with RMs covering Public Sector entities.
