I have been working at Double Care ABA, a leading provider of therapy services for children with autism, since February 2022, first as a National Recruiter and then as a Director of Recruiting.In my current role, I oversee the talent acquisition and retention strategy for the company, ensuring that we hire and retain the best and most qualified therapists and staff for our clients. I also work closely with the sales and operations teams to align the recruiting goals with the business objectives and growth plans. I have successfully increased the number of hires by 50%, reduced the turnover rate by 30%, and improved the employee satisfaction and engagement scores by 40%.
