Develop a network of internal and external contacts to build and deliver a pipeline of projects- Undertake customer / broker engagements to raise awareness of ERM and our offering within the market- Collaborate with customers / brokers to identify, develop, and deliver risk management support programmes- Conduct bespoke ERM activity to customers ranging from Framework Design & Implementation, Risk Maturity Assessments, Risk Improvement Planning, Strategic & Executive Board Workshops to Business Continuity Planning- Enhance our consultancy offering by developing new services, approaches, and toolkits- Promote risk management advice and best practice through speaking engagements at customer/industry body conferences and regional events on ERM related topics- Publish ERM risk management guidance documents or thought leadership papers - Support and enhance our underwriting and customer propositions- Work closely with risk colleagues to demonstrate a joined-up risk management proposition- Look for new business opportunities to further extend our ERM offering based on customer need and changing external environment
