From building a cohesive employee listening strategy and approach, enhancing and elevating Ally\'s employee value proposition (EVP), leading a cohesive plan for internal and external recognition, and being hyper-focused on the digital employee experience - I research, analyze, and deliver a connected employee experience that supports our inclusive culture and continues to position Ally as a leading employer of choice. •Research, design and deploy a connected employee experience through the creation of employee journeys through critical moments that matter •Define, create, and lead the creation of an overarching employee listening strategy that include active and passive listening efforts through partnership with HR Leadership and the Talent Management COE •Leverage perspectives from theory and practice to generate compelling insights from data (survey, focus groups, external, etc.) •Lead digital employee experiences that promote a digital workplace through integrated and flexible content •Position Ally as an award-winning employer of choice through robust and aligned EVP efforts that support acquisition and retention of Ally teammates •Lead external and internal recognition programs that support Ally’s EVP, DE & I agenda, and strategic business priorities
