ABOUT AHMOND HILL

With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across diverse industries, I am passionate about helping others achieve their career goals and live authentically. As a US Army veteran and a proud USMA alum, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning from the military or making a mid-career move. That\'s why I joined the West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) Career Services team, where I provide education, training, and inspiration to fellow grads who are looking for a meaningful career and purpose in life.At WPAOG Career Services, we offer a comprehensive set of services and resources to help USMA alumni confidently navigate their next career move, whether they are leaving the military or seeking a new opportunity in the civilian sector. Our dedicated team of advisors, including USMA grads, provides one-on-one career counseling, resume review, salary negotiation assistance, and access to Korn Ferry Advance, a platform with expert career coaching tools. We also have an extensive portfolio of partner companies that are eager to hire grads, a career community exclusively for USMA alumni, and a network of industry and regional advisors. Additionally, we host cohort training and webinar Wednesdays to share insights and best practices on various career topics. Our mission is to empower our grads to find their passion, purpose, and fulfillment in their careers and beyond.
