By monitoring the machines in the region via Care Track, determining the machines that need renewal and spare parts, performing a \"maintenance inspection\" on these machines and collecting the deficiencies and usage data (using techtool) and creating a technical report file-Presenting VISA, Caretrack, oil analysis and matrix information of the machines to customers-Converting the deficiencies identified in line with the prepared technical reports into offers through the spare parts and/or service department, and presenting the report face to face to the customer-To sell spare parts and labor by following the offers one by one-Determining potential parts needs by examining machines in their working environment through regular customer visits-To follow up spare parts requests from customers and convert them into sales-Using “pot-calc” to determine the customer potential and customer-based penetration in the region and to produce data for management in determining sales-discount policies accordingly-Spending all the time outside of the report preparation, training and meeting program on customer visits and following the market, spare parts price analysis, alternative parts research and marketing activities of competitor companies, reporting and sharing with the branch and head office spare parts-To follow up the collections of the sold parts with the collection officer as agreed upon during the sales phase-To handle customer complaints in accordance with the Customer Satisfaction Policy and related procedures.
