I help organizations turn complex operations into measurable performance.Over the past 20+ years I have led large-scale transformation initiatives across financial services, global logistics, and infrastructure programs. My work focuses on applying process intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled decision systems to improve operational performance and reduce risk.At U.S. Bank, I led process improvement initiatives in wire transfer operations using workflow orchestration, robotic automation, and process mining.
