o Act as a player–coach (Staff Engineer + de facto Engineering Manager) for FinCommand, splitting time between hands-on architecture/implementation and leading the combined HHX + Zallpy engineering team.o Own the technical relationship with Zallpy for FinCommand: define onboarding, environments, access, coding standards, and workflows so offshore delivery aligns with HHX architecture, security, and finance controls.o Run day-to-day execution for the mixed team (standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, code reviews), translating product/finance priorities into clear, estimable work for Zallpy engineers.o Establish and enforce SDLC guardrails (branch strategy, PR guidelines, testing expectations, release process) and use them to keep vendor delivery predictable and production-ready.o Monitor throughput, quality, and delivery risk across Zallpy workstreams, proactively adjusting scope, sequencing, or design and escalating issues with solution paths rather than just status.o Serve as the primary technical interface between HHX and Zallpy, ensuring tight feedback loops, shared context on constraints, and continuous improvement in how the vendor team ships features into FinCommand.
