Lead end-to-end issue resolution by analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing and deploying code fixes for production after QA and Lab validations. Leading weekly meeting with the customer senior managers discussing on-going issues and resolution plans. Continuously maintain and update Functional and Solution Requirements Documents (FRD/SRD) to ensure alignment with new feature deliveries identify system defects/bug. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and DevOps teams to support migration from legacy platforms to containerized, cloud-native solutions on AWS EKS. Design and implement Elastic Stack (ELK) dashboards, watchers, alerts, and visualizations tailored to system health, performance metrics, and customer-specific monitoring needs. Voltdb cluster management, and incidents recovery. Oversee and implement Change Requests (CRs) for system enhancements, release deployments, and customer-specific configurations. Contribute to DevOps activities by upgrading legacy products into containerized applications orchestrated by Kubernetes, including configuration, service testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation to ensure delivery meets design and quality requirements.
