Manage mechanical and plumbing scopes of work including boilers, chillers, hydronic piping, coils, heat exchangers, and HVAC equipment- Lead project coordination by working closely with team leaders and estimators to ensure accurate budgeting, tracking, execution, and commissioning- Review contracts to identify key requirements, ensuring compliance with site access, safety, temporary infrastructure, and client-specific conditions- Oversee subcontractor approvals, orientations, and team briefings to align with project objectives- Conduct regular site meetings with foremen/forewomen to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain project alignment- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, regulations, and permits throughout project duration- Facilitate clear communication among site teams, senior management, clients, and stakeholders- Manage change order bids, budget updates, and project reporting- Oversee site commissioning, inspections, deficiency corrections, warranty follow-ups, and client handover- Prepare monthly progress statements for invoicing and develop close-out documentation (O&M manuals, etc.)- Provide ongoing support to sales and service teams during project transition- Contribute to organizational goals through other duties assigned by executive leadership.Projects- WHRC Energy Uppgrades (For Four Locations)- New Flyer Wheel Alignment Project- New Flyer Water Test Booth Project
