ABOUT HAMZA QUADRI

I am pursuing my MSc in Management (Business Analytics) at Ivey Business School, following completion of a BMSc degree with an Honours Specialization in Pathology at Western University.🤝 As you read over my experiences, I hope it becomes clear that I am community-first individual, driven to create positive change and meaningful impact wherever possible. Throughout my academic journey, I have held leadership roles in organizations such as Habitat for Humanity Western, the Undergraduate Pathology Alliance Western, and ACE Learning, where I led with a collaborative and inclusive approach. At Ivey, I have continued this commitment as an Ivey MSc Ambassador and as an executive member of both the Healthcare Connections Club and the Sports Business Club. Before graduate school, I worked at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital as a Recreational Therapy Assistant and Hospital Elder Life Program Assistant. In these roles, I redesigned the delivery of recreational programming to improve the cognitive and physical well-being of elderly patients. At the moment, I am completing my summer internship at WSIB as an Account Representative. In this role, I provide efficient, client-focused support and help employers navigate account-related services, gaining valuable experience in customer engagement and operational problem-solving.Fuelled by curiosity and a drive to solve meaningful challenges, I am passionate about leveraging data to uncover insights and generate large-scale business impact. My experience encompasses data modelling, predictive modelling and machine learning, clustering, simulations, optimization, and data visualization, enabling me to transform complex datasets into actionable strategies. Currently, I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in analytics, strategy, and consulting for 2026.Let’s Connect!
