In Henry Ford College, I completed my Associates in Business Administration and later pursued my undergrad at Wayne State University for Technology Information Systems & Analytics. My favored course of all time was the CCNA: Intro to Networking I by Professor Fitzner. A few skills I performed were basic configurations for routers and switches and built simple local area networks (LANs) that integrated IP addressing schemes and foundational network security. An eye-opening experience that occurred to me was when we were introduced to IPv6 addresses and how it expanded the available internet addresses from 4.5 billion (IPv4) to 340 undecillion addresses, ensuring enough internet addresses for the foreseeable future! Hopefully before graduating, I plan to begin my cybersecurity journey in networking, with hopes of continuous learning and improvement to keep me updated in this growing and evolving field.

I orchestrate seamless communication by scheduling Zoom meetings between clients and tax preparers, ensuring timely completion of tax returns by collecting and sending required documents via fax. Additionally, I provide regular updates to tax preparers on income projections and new client acquisition, guiding informed decision making. Through detailed analysis comparing previous and current year data, I identify possible trends and optimize client strategies.
