ABOUT AHMED ELSHAMY
With a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, I have a strong background in designing and optimizing high-frequency systems. I specialized in microwave and photonics engineering, where I learned how to apply electromagnetic waves to various modern technologies. Currently, I am doing my Thesis with @CNR IFN with parallel to being an intern @Micron Technology for Micron International Academy. Also, I am a TMTC Member at PoliSpace, a student-led association that develops and launches 6U CubeSats. I oversee the testing of the spacecraft radio hardware, coordinate with other teams to refine and develop the interfaces between the TMTC subsystem and the other subsystems, supporting hardware documentation. I also interface with industry partners regarding hardware specific queries and assist with procurement and ongoing testing.
