Developed real-time interactive dashboards: Through comprehensive data capture, collection, and analysis, I set up real-time dashboards using Power BI. These dashboards include all relevant KPIs and are displayed with images on Teams messages for immediate group interaction and decision-making.• Introducing comprehensive data capture and analysis: I established robust systems for capturing and analyzing data related to box checks, rejects, repairs, process audits, external customer complaints, and 8D problem-solving. This data-driven approach enables us to identify trends, address issues proactively, and continuously improve our processes.• Automating data collection and reporting: I created a master file in Excel that consolidates all relevant data, and developed interactive dashboards using Power BI. These meetings foster collaboration and ensure alignment on quality improvement initiatives.• Coaching team members: I coach team members on new automations and help them eliminate waste and optimize their jobs using the best available technology. This hands-on approach ensures that staff are well-equipped to implement and sustain improvements.• Certified IMS Productivity Analyst and Time and Motion Expert: Leveraging my certifications, I optimize workflows and boost productivity by conducting time and motion studies, analyzing work methods, and implementing productivity improvements.
