Within the Audio Video Solution Business Unit, I am in charge of projects mainly focused on the LATAM market. My main responsibilities are- Managing a panel of EMS electronic subcontractors ($100M) and electronic component suppliers ($40M) at an international level (Asia, South America, Europe)- Ensure the animation of the purchasing actions and animate the cost reduction action plans in conjunction with the commodity buyers, R&D, manufacturing, marketing- Build the budget of my perimeter and implement the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set- Follow up and report on the cost of my products- Contribute to responding to our operator customers\' requests for proposals and to defining the BU\'s technology roadmap- Identify market innovations that can improve the competitiveness and quality- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group\'s panel strategy.
