Project Overview: sq. ft. multi-use facility that includes student & faculty academic housing, classrooms, theaters, performing arts spaces, and athletic & recreational facilities.\\\\n•2021 Staff Award Recipient – 1 of 3 recipients of this award to a staff of 100+ over the course of 5 years\\\\n•Responsibility: Manage 12 structural and architectural trades valued at $55+ Million including Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals, Glass & Glazing, Doors & Hardware, and Theatrical Equipment.\\\\n•Pre-Construction: Conducted constructability reviews, provided value engineering, wrote the contract 3A pages for all subcontractors, & led scope review meetings with bidders.\\\\n•Engineering: Move material from Submittal/RFI process to fabrication and installation. Set up and lead meetings with the Design Team and Trade Partners as needed to work through constraints. Resolve all issues and once released track material through delivery; hold Trade Partners accountable for their delivery commitments. Spend time in the field to fully understand open issues so that I may shepherd them to completion.\\\\n•Financials: Establish Schedule of Values, review payment requisitions, prepare and submit change orders, review funding allocations, reconcile budget for reporting, communicate changes to both Turner Senior Leadership and Trade Partner Principals, interface with the Owner for change order approvals, and negotiate change orders with both the Owner & Trade Partners which thus far eliminated $2.3M in additional costs and claims.\\\\n•Acoustic Observations: Conduct weekly walkthroughs with the Acoustical Consultant, identify deficiencies, follow through to ensure each item is resolved, and review all engineering and cost implications.\\\\n•TCO & Owner Move-In: Involved in field readiness efforts to ensure TCO (Oct ’22) & Owner Move-In (Jan ’23).\\\\n•Engineering & Financial Close Out: Manage the close-out process for all 12 trades inclusive of For Record submissions & final change order negotiations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
