Provide overall direction and assistance to Maintenance and Repair Controllers, Technical Surveyors & Engineers, as well as third-party depot partners/suppliers to promote continuous improvement. Responsible for maintaining productive working relationships with employees, co-workers, management team, customers, depots, and suppliers within all regions worldwide to maintain & strengthen the EXSIF supply chain.
