As a BT Customer Service Adviser, I give technical advice, smooth house moves, win back customers and put things right when they haven\'t quite gone to plan. In my role I use natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers over the phone.Key Responsibilities:• Check and explain bills, take payment, amend payment details and set up payment methods• Amend and change contact details, addresses and personal details• Raise new orders for new customers and upgrades for existing customers• Adding new or removing calling features and services• Logging complaints and faults• Issuing refunds for rental rebates and complaints on customer accounts• Cease specific services and closing accounts for customers who wish to leave BT• Checking communication on customer accounts• Liaising with internal departments and the use of several in house software systems
