Technology leader with 19+ years delivering large-scale infrastructure across hyperscale cloud, AI platforms, and cloud-native telecom networks. Currently a Senior Technical Program Manager within AWS Hardware Engineering, I drive complex hardware and platform initiatives spanning rack-scale systems, accelerators, high-performance networking, and edge infrastructure that power next-generation AI and distributed cloud workloads.My experience uniquely bridges hyperscale and carrier-grade environments. At AWS, I lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production, partnering across silicon, hardware, firmware/BMC, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver scalable, high-availability infrastructure at global scale. Previously, I helped architect and operationalize the United States’ first standalone cloud-native 5G network at DISH Wireless, implementing hybrid platforms combining on-prem VMware-based infrastructure with AWS-hosted network functions and evolving toward cloud-native CaaS solutions using Wind River and Red Hat OpenShift.Earlier at Rakuten Mobile, I led PMO execution for the world’s first large-scale cloud-native Open RAN deployment, supporting nationwide rollout across central, regional, and edge data centers throughout Japan. This foundation gives me deep expertise in distributed systems, platform scalability, and software-driven infrastructure.I am particularly passionate about the convergence of AI infrastructure, edge computing, and cloud-native networking, and how tightly integrated hardware–software platforms will enable the next generation of intelligent, low-latency services at global scale.

   As a Senior Technical Program Manager within AWS Hardware Engineering, I lead complex infrastructure programs enabling next-generation AI, cloud, and edge platforms. My scope spans beyond individual servers to rack-level systems, compute platforms, accelerators, high-speed networking, and fleet-scale infrastructure supporting hyperscale and telecom workloads.I drive end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production and global deployment, partnering closely with hardware engineering, silicon, firmware/BMC, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. I focus on delivering AI-ready, high-availability infrastructure with strong emphasis on scalability, platform health, and operational telemetry.In this role, I manage cross-functional execution, vendor/ODM engagement, and program financials including BOM and cost targets.
