Working as part of the team in the Engineering office for Kent in Woking.Insight into some of my responsibilities below:* Ensuring implementation of project controls at the start of a project and throughout its life.* Leading the project controls team on given projects to ensure project has visibility of performance to deliver successfully.* Managing risk to the project, based on change requirements and ensuring efficiency is maintained.* Overseeing the deliverables and activities progress, evaluating status based on earned value.* Development of schedule based on client requirement and level needed, working with planner to ensure the programme is maintained and allowing for key analysis and performance indicators to be visible.* Overseeing the cost models and cost reporting of the project. Ensuring cost engineers are updating and producing dashboards for team to review each week.* Working with Document Controller to setup DC procedures and matrix. Ensuring a MDR is setup and continually maintained.* Sitting in on PMR’s, Project Engineering and Progress meetings.Reporting directly to Project Controls Director.Overall working closely with senior management to provide good and timely indicators of project performance.

Having Worked in Project Controls for 17 + years, I have built up an indepth knowledge of Project controls specialising in cost engineering.Working in various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Onshore, Offshore and Hydrogen. Having Worked on large EPC projects from study work to EPCM to provide effective controls support. Putting in place reporting systems and maintaining them to allow both management and Engineers to keep track of performance.Able to develop schedules with planner and ensure it is maintained and resource loaded to provide key performance indicators to do with scheduled delivery.I have considerable experience in Oracle projects module to manage all elements of cost control throughout the life of the project. Able to provide effective training to junior team members.
