Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of building services (TGA) projects for new constructions and refurbishments, ensuring alignment with BIM methodologies and company standards.• Establish and maintain BIM standards, project templates, and workflows that comply with company and client requirements.• Support and train project teams in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM best practices; provide technical guidance to improve digital design workflows and project quality.•Develop and maintain the company’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) — ensuring updates, version control, and change management documentation.• Interface with clients and multidisciplinary teams for BIM-related coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.• Oversee the creation and management of 3D model databases, including development of parametric BIM components and IFC data integration for interoperability.• Automate BIM processes and develop tools or scripts (via Revit API, Dynamo, or other platforms) to increase productivity and data consistency.• Perform model quality checks and audits, verifying data integrity, coordination, and compliance with project BIM standards.• Participate in coordination and progress meetings, reporting task status, project risks, and improvement proposals to management.• Prepare project documentation, fabrication, and revision packages in accordance with current regulations, norms, and client requirements.• Collect and manage field data when required to support accurate digital modeling and verification processes.• Continuously drive innovation and process optimization to enhance quality, efficiency, and digital maturity within the organization.
