Working on HS2 project to:• Ensure that the project has clear deliverables through handover meetings with process team (estimating, design, commercial, procurement, plant, and operations)• Prepare and collate contract documentation (WPP, FMP, PVPMP.Etc) and ensure submission to the customer in advance of the works• Ensure all approvals are obtained in full prior to mobilization to site• Prepared the 3WLA, cages sequence, allocation sheets & weekly PMs report and planning the procurement with the CM & PM and submit the related requisition• Responsible for the live hire reports (internal & external hires) to be updated with what actually exists on the site And Preparation of the QRP and all the related documents and site records• Manage the close out of any non-conformities that may arise• Responsible for recording all changes to project deliverables with the customer, ensuring involvement with the commercial department• Be responsible for leading or agreeing final account settlements with the support of the commercial department.
