Responsible for effectively managing a full website team, ensuring day-to-day operations of public websites, and associated digital properties aligns with strategic business needs. As a strategic leader, I partner with business owners and key stake holders to optimize this critical digital channel with key goals of driving SEO rank, qualified leads, conversion rate optimization and transaction (revenue) growth for the business. Manage external agency resources and teams to ensure the strategic vision and deliverables align with business objectives. Oversee web designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Create efficient processes and demonstrates effective project management for both day-to-day and ad-hoc functional enhancement projects, including planning (scoping, estimation, resourcing) and execution. Ongoing review and enhancement of website through content management and design; ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with overall business and marketing strategies, while adhering to ADA and security requirements. Own website reporting and develop a framework for measuring web vitals, engagement and conversion rates. Maintain and communicate web release calendars across internal development, production teams, and external vendors. Provide support resolving functional and system issues identified or escalated by Business Partners. Coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams to investigate problems. Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes. Actively work to support the project team by facilitating constant communication in weekly updates to keep the team focused on delivering results. Understand and support cross functional teams as they plan and implement campaigns.
