Being accountable for the oversight of Catalogue delivery to Customers and also supporting, advising and contributing to Customer specific development work.· Own the analysis approach and requirements management across the project lifecycle· Design and Data Modelling Work· Creation of commercial and technical characteristics· Creation of mapping rules· Catalogue Integration Expertise· Supporting Customer integration documentation· Produce analysis artefacts (business requirements, process maps, customer/advisor journeys)· Estimation activities, for sprints and program· Participation in stand ups & Scrum/Agile ceremonies· Supporting Customer Acceptance activities· Developing, documenting and ensuring adherence to SLAs, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures to streamline processes Participation in all stages of the software development, from initial analysis & design to implementation and post launch support and delivery· Investigating, addressing and performing root cause analysis of issues that occur in live systems during working hours and out of hours· Work closely with stakeholders to understand and represent needs; ensure changes are embedded successfully; champion the customer; spot blockers early and support pragmatic decisions· Collaborate with cross-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business/user needs
