As a franchise owner of a home maintenance business with the Student Works Management program, my team and I sold and produced worth of contracts in 13 months, and my goal for the next 4 months is to sell and produce $183,109 worth of contracts while delivering top quality service for the homeowners that we serve. Over the course of the 13 months I hired, trained, coached, and managed 21 employees; and served 250 homeowners.
