My journey in HR started with a simple goal—finding the right people & Improvement in entire HR function. Over the last 8+ years, it has evolved into building teams, shaping people strategies, and creating impactful employee experiences. From hiring fresh talent at campuses to closing C-suite roles, I’ve worked across the entire talent spectrum—always focusing on quality, speed, and business alignment. Along the way, I’ve improved hiring efficiency, reduced costs, and helped organizations scale sustainably. What excites me most is blending HR with technology. I built a GenAI-powered HR chatbot that can automated nearly 70% of HR operations, transforming how employees interact with HR.
