Company Overview: Constellation Cold provides professional temperature-controlled logistics and warehousing services for food producers, traders, and retailers across multiple European countries, ensuring safe and efficient cold storage solutions. Main Responsibilities: I provide leadership for Group ERPs and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial operations. I collaborate with the Group CFO, FD, FC, and Regional FCs to deliver solutions to Complex Problems, enhance financial processes, & ensure robust governance. Combining financial & technical expertise, I drive transformation & operational excellence, guiding accounting policies, governance, and internal controls while collaborating on Group P&L and B/S & leading high-value, data-driven projects aligned with organisational goals.Key Achievements • Finance Transformation: Standardised accounting policies and internal controls, aligning financial systems with organisational objectives to enhance governance & operational agility.• Enterprise Project Management: Directed finance transformation projects across multiple regions (GAAP), ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing risks.• Consolidated Financial Reporting: Designed a SQL-driven data model to produce accurate and timely consolidated Group P&L & Balance Sheets, improving reporting efficiency & strategic decision-making. Implemented Bright Analytics to modernise management reporting processes, introducing dynamic dashboards & real-time insights for leadership.• ERP Migration and Finance Automation: Personally performed end to end EPR Upgrade and Migration of the Group ERP system to Azure Infrastructure, eliminating reliance on 3rd party hosting & saving £250K in costs within my first 6 months. Automated multiple manual tasks including WMS Integration to ERP, FX Rate update for daily, monthly, and closing rates, Reducing cost by £2k and £1.5k per Month respectively.
