Provide REI services to NYC DDC for the reconstruction of Corona Plaza including roadway resurfacing, catch basin, water mains, curb & sidewalk reconstruction, pavement markings, street lighting and traffic signal work in the borough of Queens, New York. • Lead CCM office staff in a variety of administrative tasks, including review and processing of contractor’s progress payments, correspondence, and document management/control systems. • Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan. • Collect the quantities of daily activities from Field Engineer report and prepare contractor payment in every month as per requirement by the Client. • Maintain Material Certification, Inspector’s Report, Site Petrol Report, RFIs, Field Orders, Field Memos and Concrete & Asphalt tickets for QA inspection and audits. • Compose and update the submittal log that consist all the shop drawings and other items submission from the contractor. • Attend weekly and monthly progress meeting with Client and contractor and update weekly and Monthly progress report to Client and review contractor schedule on weekly basis to track contractor progress. • Issue Field Memos to the contractor whenever any deficiencies are found on the site and issue Stop Work Order until those deficiencies are corrected. • Communicate with DOT, MTA, Design Architect and National Grid officials on daily basis and keep them updated with the project. • Perform routine assignments requiring application of spreadsheets, PIMS database and Primavera P-6 Scheduling software.
