As Technical Support & Application Engineer, I am responsible for following duties: • Provide technical and application support to customers from pre-sales to post-sales• Conduct OMICRON Academy trainings for the customers on various applications • Support regional sales team with product demonstrations, providing solutions and building relationships with customers. • Support regional application specialist and product management with ideas to improve innovative solutions; translate market requirements into technical specifications. • Carry out customer engineering services. • Assist clients in the practical application and integration of tests.• Participate/present at seminars, conferences, exhibitions, User workshops, events and trade fairs • Document and observe customer and market requirements to further develop our products • Handle limited sales enquires for specific accounts with technical expertise required• Develop and promote testing solutions for renewable energy systems considering Grid Integration requirements for Distributed Energy Resources.
