Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding hardware and software vendors, and maintain ongoing vendor relationships.Develop strategies to enhance the hardware asset lifecycle for laptops, desktops, and thin clients.Ensure SOPs for the Computer Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle (ALM) are created, reviewed, and updated regularly.Generate and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring correct details, pricing, and delivery schedules.Conduct strict due diligence, assess vendor compliance, and recommend vendor selection.Ensure our Computer Hardware Asset Management practices are in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.Maintain up-to-date inventory records and track stock levels, usage, and reorder points.Familiarity with environmental and data privacy regulations (e.g, GDPR, HIPAA).Manage the secure collection, storage, and transport of end-of-life IT equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices).Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities, including RFQs, POs, vendor contracts, and inventory data.
