Independently handled end-to-end high stake litigations on behalf of the company at the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Labour Courts, CGIT-cum-LCs and assisted in strategizing the company’s position for various matters on the assigned cases.• Independently handled IPR trademark litigations, IPR trademark registration domestic as well as international, renewal of trademarks, journal search and filing objections as well as replying to objections, attending hearings of the IPR trademarks and maintaining the trademark certificates and other records. • Reviewed various contracts such as lease agreements, Infrastructure rental agreements, service agreements and several other types of agreements as per requirements. Also, maintaining the database and physical repository of those contracts as per directions of the management.• Handled legal operations including engaging, dealing and negotiating with external lawyers across India as well as USA, UK & UAE. • Drafting and finalising legal notices, and demand letters, replying to legal notices, filing and replying to C&D notices, filing of FIRs, and ensuring court dates are adhered to and timely filing of documents in the appropriate courts.• Also advising the Group on various fronts of the business including raising funds (investment) and Risk Management. • Responsible for conducting Clients and Senior Advocates conferences and being involved in legal advisory services to the client for their queries and providing legal support to corporate internal teams including human resources, finance, operations, and other departments as needed.
