As a Bodyshop coordinator at Emirates Motors Company Mercedes Benz, I oversee the daily operations of the Bodyshop department, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and support. I manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and feedback to help them deliver exceptional results. I also handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.I have a strong foundation in the technical aspects of automotive engineering, with a Diploma of Associate Engineering in Automobile and Diesel Technology from Construction Technology Training Institute Islamabad and a Higher National Diploma in High Tech Automotive Technician from National Skill University Islamabad. I am also certified as a KIA Service Advisor, which demonstrates my skills and knowledge in customer service. I am proud to have received the Best Service Advisor Award at KIA Motors Citrus City, which recognizes my dedication and performance. My education and experience have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the automotive industry, and I am eager to continue my growth and development in this field.
