As an Area Manager, I currently lead, guide, and motivate a large team of managers and staff, providing them with the necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively.Key responsibilities:• Strategic design and implementation of business plans, aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term organizational goals. This involves identifying potential risks and putting into motion preemptive measures to mitigate them.• My role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. This includes vendors, regulatory bodies, and clients, with whom I continually strive to build and maintain robust, mutually beneficial relationships.• Cultivating potential in my team through focused training, and building a motivated, skilled workforce ready for future challenges.
