Being a member of the Morgan Stanley team as Vice President, Lead Technical Program Management; Scrum Master is a tremendous opportunity to lead strategic technology programs at scale while fostering Agile excellence. In this role, I drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, oversee global program portfolios, and act as Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile teams. My focus is on aligning business and technology strategies, managing complex dependencies, and delivering innovative solutions with measurable impact.Previously, being part of the Cerence family as a Principal Technical Project Manager allowed me to contribute to a world-class company leading the future of mobility AI. Cerence powers AI in nearly 300 million cars worldwide, across more than 70 languages, for nearly every major automaker, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Geely, GM, SAIC, Toyota, and many more. From 2017 to 2022, my work with GAL Power Systems deepened my understanding that IT management goes beyond hardware and software—it’s about delivering value, meeting people’s needs, and ensuring best business practices in the modern world.I also served as an IT Consultant at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and as IT Director at the Regional Planning Commission (RPC) in Syria, where I led initiatives to organize planning processes and guide regional spatial development.Earlier, I worked as an IT Officer for the two largest European Union (EU)-funded programs in Syria: The Municipal Administration Modernization Program and The Local Development and Decentralization Program.
