Work closely with the lead estimator of each proposal during the bidding/estimating phase of each major construction project* Develop well-defined and properly sequenced work activities; project schedule for assigned construction projects.* Analyze all contract and proposal data, establishing well-defined work activities and create a comprehensive properly linked CPM schedule.* Understand the flow and logistics needed for execution of a construction project and initiate/facilitate the development and maintenance of the schedule.* Organize large amounts of information into a coherent, meaningful P6 format.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager as needed such as document control of critical correspondence (RFI’s and Change Orders)
